About

HI THERE, I'M DR. LEWIS!

I believe that when we truly understand and take care of our health and hormones, we can achieve anything.

I struggled with all sorts of hormonal imbalances until I became a naturopathic doctor, and now I devote my career to supporting women take charge of their hormones so they can have better periods and stop dreading the "time of the month."

In addition to hormonal and period health, I also love working with digestive health, low energy, and anxiety. I find that these systems are all interconnected and it gives me great joy to see people transform their health and outlook on life when these foundational systems work better.

I love empowering my patients to finally understand how their unique body works, and where things may have fallen off track. When we know our bodies better, we can stop settling for sub-par health and begin to truly heal.

If you've ever been told "everything looks normal" despite feeling like crap, know that answers do exist if you dig deep enough.

As a hormone-focused naturopathic doctor, I pride myself on seeking out the root cause, so you can finally get the answers you need to build the health and body you deserve.

If you're ready to work with me, I'd be honoured to support you.

Dr. Elaine Lewis, ND

MY CLINICAL APPROACH

I love when patients walk away from my appointments feeling understood, listened to, and cared for. I especially love when they say "wow, I've never known so much about my body," so I guess you could say I value education.

My goal for patients is to feel empowered and in control when it comes to your health choices. And this starts with you truly understanding what your body is trying to tell you when you feel "off".

In my visits, I help you decode and make sense of your symptoms, get any needed testing done, and create a plan of action that you feel good about and that gets you closer to your health goals.

I love working collaboratively, with you, and with other experts in health who can best support your growth and healing. That's why I cofounded One Elephant and teamed up with incredible practitioners - read more about that below.
